Vietnam

• 1 ITD Cover Sheet, completed and signed.

• A business letter of responsibility is required on your company letterhead which should explain the nature of the business performed, the name and address of the business reference to be visited, company guarantee of sufficient financial support for the visit.

• For business travelers only, multiple entry visas, valid for 6 and 12 months are available to companies who have established a joint-venture relationship in Vietnam. Multiple entry visa is available for business visitors only. Your Vietnamese joint venture partner must obtain an approval letter from the Immigration Department on your behalf, which must accompany your visa application.
