A business letter of responsibility is required
to be typewritten on your company letterhead and
addressed to the Embassy of the Republic of
Iraq,Visa Section,Washington D.C. The letter
should explain all of the following:
The nature of business to be performed
Company name and address to be visited in
Iraq
Guarantee financial responsibility for the
applicant, including return transportation to the
USA.
Your application will be processed when approval
is received from Iraq. There is no official estimate
of the approval period at this time.
