Visa Requirements for
Indonesia

• U.S. Passport, must be valid for 6 months from date of entry. If not, see a passport service.
• 2 fully completed and signed Indonesia Visa Application Forms.
• 2 Passport type photographs
• 1 ITD Cover Sheet, completed and signed.
• Letter from Sponsor stating the purpose of travel and financial responsibility.
• Copy of round trip airline ticket or itinerary.

• A business letter of responsibility is required on your company letterhead which should explain the nature of the business performed, the name and address of the business reference to be visited, company guarantee of sufficient financial support for the visit.
   

• The Indonesia visa is usually valid for three months from date of issue, for stay not to exceed 30 days or 60 days
• The Multiple Entry visa is available for business visitors only. Letter of invitation from host company in Indonesia is required.
