Visa Requirements for
Afghanistan

• U.S. Passport, must be valid for 6 months from date of entry. If not, see a passport service.
• 1 fully completed and signed Afghanistan Visa Application form.
• 2 Passport type photographs
• 1 ITD Cover Sheet, completed and signed.
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
• Guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant, and their return transportation to the USA

• A business letter of responsibility is required on your company letterhead which should explain the nature of the business performed, the name and address of the business reference to be visited, company guarantee of sufficient financial support for the visit.
