Visa Requirements for
Angola

• U.S. Passport, must be valid for 6 months from date of entry. If not, see a passport service.
• 1 fully completed and signed Angola Visa Application Forms.
• 2 Passport type photographs
• 1 ITD Cover Sheet, completed and signed.
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
• Hotel confirmation

• Official letter of invitation from Host in Angola. Must have Government Seal.
• A business letter of responsibility is required on your company letterhead which should explain the nature of the business performed, the name and address of the business reference to be visited, company guarantee of sufficient financial support for the visit.

• Vaccinations - International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever required if arriving from infected area within 5 days.
